Roster
Fixed 5on/4off, flexible roster, or commuting 14/7 - 15/15 in selected bases (half basic salary). All arrangements require country manager approval. During line check and first month after, roster is random with no commuting tickets. Flexible roster availability varies by base.

Two-day assessment at Budapest Wizz Air centre. Stage 1: document review, group exercise, technical test. Stage 2: technical and HR interview. Stage 3: simulator assessment. Stage 4: psychometrics. Each stage is prerequisite for the next. Training duration approximately 7 months after joining. Salary: approximately 800 EUR for FOs and 3600 EUR for Captains during training period.
